Secure Shopping	Wallflowerprints.com uses Paypal Payment Processing for all purchases!  This is the case whether you pay with a credit card, debit/bank card, or through a Paypal account.  Paypal Payment Processing is a third-party payment system. Shopsite High Security - click for more info Merchants who use an authorized third-party payment system, such as PayPal, qualify for the highest security logo.  Wallflower Prints never collects or stores payment information because customers are sent to the third-party site (Paypal) to provide payment information. Our shopping cart is a Shopsite Cart.   Therefore, when you place an item in your cart, the webpage address will begin http://shopsite.fatcow.
Payment methods accepted	We accept orders from: the United States (lower 48 states only at this time).  Payment processing for all purchases from www.wallflowerprints.com is handled by Paypal Secure Payments System.  Therefore, the following payments are accepted:   Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal.
Delivery Time	For typical small orders of 1 or 2 prints, delivery is as follows:     UNFRAMED Prints:  You can expect to receive your UNFRAMED art prints within 14 days after placing your order.   This allows a few days to prepare your order and 7-10 days for shipping.  FRAMED Prints:  You can expect to receive FRAMED art prints within 4 weeks after placing your order.  This allows 2-3 weeks to prepare your order and 7-10 days for shipping.   Note: If you need to order - more than 2 Framed Prints OR - more than 2 Unframed Prints (any size) - please contact us instead of ordering online at this time - We will need to make a special order for you.   Contact us at: customerservice@wallflowerprints.com with your request and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

Sales Tax	The Wallflower Prints business license is in Tennessee.   Therefore, customers ordering from a Tennessee zip code will be charged a 9.75% sales tax on the cost of products purchased.   This tax is added to the total order cost, before shipping cost is added.
Customer Returns	While we here at Wallflower Prints are sure you will be pleased with your purchase, we will accept returns, for any reason, under the following terms: -  You may return any purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.  Your original payment method will be credited after we receiving the item in the mail.    The amount credited will be your original purchase price plus any taxes.  However, please keep in mind that we will not refund your cost of shipping the item back to us.    How to return an item for a refund  Step 1:  Email customerservice@wallflowerprints.com to tell us you plan to return the item. Step 2:  Mail the item to us using the original shipping and packing materials.  Our mailing address is:  Wallflower Prints, 500 Crook Lane, Huron, TN  38345. Step 3:  After Wallflower Prints receives the returned item in the mail we will issue your refund, via Paypal Payments Processing.  Please note, as addressed above, that this refund will not include your cost of shipping the item back to us.
Customer Privacy	Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.   Wallflower Prints does not have access to this data, because Paypal handles the payment processing.   Wallflower Prints will not share information with any other entity or business.
